Important Information
Minimum Order - Handcrafted Stationery
There is no minimum order for Angelic Creations Handmade or hand finished wedding stationery, no premium is therefore
charged for the first 20 items from any collection. Any additional stationery required after the order has been processed
incurs. No surcharge - only the additional cost of delivery to the stationery cost.
Minimum Order - Letterpress & Thermography Stationery
There is however a minimum order of 20 items for letterpress and thermography collections due to the set up time and
preparation of the print techniques.
Ordering
We do recommend early ordering, especially for summer weddings due to a heavy workload and lead times fluctuation,
but there is no penalty charge for last minute orders - if it is achievable! It is recommended that you order your entire stationery
order in one go, to ensure continuity of design and to book diary space to complete your wedding.
Order of service and Menu cards can be prepared and stored until you have the inlay information nearer to the date of
your wedding. Printed insert sheets and co-ordinating envelopes are included in the price of the stationery.
Delivery
All orders with a value under £1,000 incur a delivery charge of £15 per box for next day courier delivery service. Delivery
is FREE on orders over £1,000. Table plans are charged as a separate parcel due to their size and their delivery date is
usually much closer to the wedding date. Collection from the Angelic Creations Studio can be made at a mutually convenient
time.
Samples
In spite of having a large range of sample requests, we are still happy to provide ONE free sample of any current Angelic
Creations Wedding Day Invitation form the Handcrafted and Hand finished ranges to help with your selection of stationery.
Any further samples are charged at a cost of £5 per card (refundable against your Angelic Creations Wedding Stationery
Order)
Samples of Letterpress and Thermography Invitations are not available due to individual blocks being required to be
made for your unique order.

It is an infringement of copyright to copy in full or part any of the designs shown on our website or brochure. Any breach
of our copyright will be vigorously defended.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any permission required for reproductions of hymns and poems or songs for
order of service publication. Any breach of third party copyright is the responsibility of the customer.
Proofs
Proofs are automatically produced, free of charge for any item of stationery that is ordered. It is your responsibility to
check the proofs thoroughly and confirm that they are ready to go ahead for printing, by signing and returning the proofs.
If any changes are required, a second proof will be produced. Once a proof has been agreed, any alterations will incur an
additional charge for re-printing
Any changes to a completed table plan will incur a charge of £5 per table to be changed.
Design Alterations
Occasionally craft products change or become discontinued by the manufacturer. If this occurs for any of the composites
of a handcrafted design, if a suitable replacement can not be found, the design will be withdrawn from the Angelic
Creations collection without notice.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is payable in advance, usually with the wedding stationery booking form and the 50%
remainder is due upon receipt of your first wedding stationery parcel.
Payment can be made via cheque payable to “Angelic Creations” , Credit or Debit Card or cash.
