Occasionally craft products may vary slightly from those pictured in the collection, this is because some products may become unavailable from suppliers and alternative products will therefore be substituted.
If this is the case when we are producing your wedding stationery, full proofs will be constructed for your approval before producing your complete range of wedding stationery. However, if a supplier discontinues an item crucial to the design, unfortunately the design will be withdrawn from the Angelic Creations Portfolio.
It is recommended that you order your entire stationery order in one go, to ensure continuity of design and to book diary space to complete your wedding - Order of Service and Menu cards can be prepared and stored until you have the insert information nearer to the date of your wedding. Printed Insert sheets and co-ordinating envelopes are included in the price of the stationery.
Delivery
All orders with a value of under £500 incur a charge of £12 for a next day courier delivery service. Delivery is FREE of charge on all orders over £500. If table plans are not delivered with the main stationery order or collected from Angelic Creations, a charge of £12 is made to contribute towards separate packaging and delivery costs of the table plan.
Samples
In spite of having a large number of sample requests, we are still happy to provide ONE free sample of any current Angelic Creations Wedding Day Invitation to help you with your selection of stationery. Any further samples that are required are at a charge of £5 per card (this charge is refundable against your future Angelic Creations wedding stationery order.)

The customer is responsible for obtaining any permission required for reproductions of hymns and poems or songs for order of service publication. Any breach of third party copyright will be the responsibility of the customer.
Proofs & Inlay sheets
All inlay sheets are included in the price of the wedding stationery. Wording is tailored to your requirements; You may supply your own layout and font preference or choose one of the Angelic Creations layout examples.
Proofs are automatically produced on ALL orders, free of charge for any item of stationery ordered. It is your responsibility to check the proofs thoroughly and confirm that they are correct to go to print. If any changes are required, a second proof will be produced. Once the proof has been agreed, any alterations will incur an additional charge for re-printing.
Order of service
Please provide an accurate order of events of your ceremony, including exact wording of hymns, prayers and any readings.
You are responsible for obtaining any permission necessary if required for reproductions of hymns, songs and poems for your order of service. Any breach of third party copyright will be the responsibility of the customer.
Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is payable in advance, usually with the wedding stationery booking form and the 50% remainder is due on upon receipt of your first wedding stationery parcel.
Payment can be made via Cheque, Credit Card or Cash.
